Access Your Inner Wisdom With Psychedelic Facilitation
The Akasa Experience
Whether you’re drawn to a full psychedelic journey, microdosing, PSIP-based somatic work, or integration support, this page covers four ways we can work together with or without psychedelics. The medicine is a tool—the process is the star.

Psychedelic Journeys
TRIPSITTER. FACILITATOR. GUIDE.
At Akasa Journeys, I co-create each experience with you intentionally, honoring your process, intention, and pace—offering a holistic, trauma-informed approach to psychedelic-assisted therapy, journeys, and support.
I emphasize safety, presence, and compassion—meeting you where you are at your own pace. Healing begins as we let go of judgment, developing a somatic sense of our own wholeness and building the capacity to face life’s changes with resilience, presence, and grace.
PERSONALIZED JOURNEYS:
Co-creating one-on-one psychedelic experiences that honor your intention—whether for healing, growth, or consciousness exploration—is at the heart of this work.
SOMATIC-BASED & TRAUMA-INFORMED:
I am personally experienced with psychedelics, relationally oriented, and rooted in Rosen Method Bodywork, Compassionate Inquiry, Attachment and Polyvagal Theories—with additional influence from Jungian psychology and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
DURATION & PRESENCE:
I stay with you for the full journey, typically 6-8 hours, offering safe, consistent, attuned presence throughout.
PREPARATION & INTEGRATION:
Support sessions before and after your journey help prepare the ground and weave what was revealed into your daily life. Download the full session guide for details on what to expect.
ONGOING EDUCATION & COMMUNITY:
I actively pursue continuing education to stay current with the latest research and practices in psychedelic-assisted therapy, and remain an engaged member of the broader psychedelic community.
SAFE SET & SETTING:
I come to you, so you can journey in the comfort and safety of your own space—no need to travel afterward, maintaining the continuity and integrity of your experience. If you’re visiting from out of town, I’ll help you identify a quiet, private, appropriate place to stay. Travel to other locations is also possible by arrangement.
Akasa Journeys does not provide or procure any illegal substances; our focus is on healing, safety, education, and harm reduction. Guidance on how to obtain or grow your own medicine is available if needed.
Microdosing
There’s a lot of noise around microdosing right now—protocols, stacking, precise dosing schedules. Some of it is useful. Most of it is overthought.
While I know all the protocols and pharmacology, my approach is simpler: start low, pay attention, adjust. What matters more than which protocol you follow is having someone with you who understands what you might encounter—emotionally, physically, in your patterns and relationships—and knows how to work with it when it comes up.
Where it gets interesting
Microdosing combined with Rosen Method Bodywork or Compassionate Inquiry opens something most people don’t expect. A microdose can soften the edges just enough to drop more fully into the body, into the present moment—to more fully feel and arrive. This can be a subtle yet powerful experience bringing felt sense somatic awareness that can facilitate growth and release. It’s a combination I haven’t seen offered elsewhere, and it can be quietly profound.
If you’re curious whether microdosing makes sense for you, let’s talk.
“You are the sky. Everything else— it’s just the weather.”

Psychedelic Integration & Support
Not every journey needs a high dose, or any dose!
Sometimes the most meaningful shifts come from consistent support, thoughtful preparation, and subtle yet powerful practices. I’m here to meet you wherever you are in your process—with guidance, grounding, presence, and depth.
Integration is where transformation takes root. It begins before the journey—preparing the ground, clarifying intention, building awareness. And it continues long after, through honest reflection, embodied experience, and slowed-down listening. This is the work of making meaning from what arose and bringing it into your daily life.
This work is ongoing, alive, and yours. As your guide and tripsitter, I’m solidly here to walk alongside you as it unfolds.
I offer one-on-one integration sessions that support your psychedelic journey, wherever it happens. I also facilitate a public Psychedelic Integration Circle through PsychedeLiA Integration—an open, supportive space for ongoing community and exploration.
We heal by getting bigger than our wounds.
PSIP / Relational Somatic Tuning
Deep somatic work with the nervous system.
Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP) is a body-based approach that works directly with the nervous system to access and release trauma stored in the body—without requiring you to talk through or re-story your experience.
Sessions are relational and attuned, using low-dose cannabis or ketamine to support deeper access to what the body is holding. The medicine is a tool, not the focus. This work can be done without it—the process unfolds either way, sometimes just more slowly. What matters is what comes through.
This is ongoing work. Most people find meaningful depth develops over multiple sessions as trust and the therapeutic relationship deepen. It is particularly effective for developmental trauma, attachment wounds, dissociation, and patterns that haven’t shifted through talk-based approaches.
I practice PSIP through my own integrative lens—drawing on Rosen Method Bodywork, Polyvagal Theory, and Compassionate Inquiry—which I call Relational Somatic Tuning.
We follow what arises, together.
* I am formally trained in Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP), holding a Mastery, Level 1, certificate.
