Coming Home to Yourself

Somatic Retreat for Deep Healing, Integration, and Inner Connection

This is not just a retreat—it’s an invitation. A one-on-one space to slow down, soften, and listen. To meet yourself with presence and compassion.

Through gentle somatic practices, deep inquiry, bodywork, and optional psychedelic-supported exploration, we create space for you to reconnect with what’s essential and whole within. Each offering is unique and rooted in care, presence, and attunement to your experience. No pressure to perform—just to arrive as you are.

This is a living, on-on-one, individual, personalized experience—guided by your system’s rhythm—leading to restoration and a quiet remembrance of what was never lost.

Retreat for the Soul

Rooted: A Somatic Immersion

Presence as a Path to Reconnection Through the Body

This retreat offers one or more days of slowing down and coming home. We begin with the body, not as a problem to fix, but as a place to listen. Through gentle movement, depth process work, somatic touch, rhythm and stillness, we follow presence as a path—toward reconnection, toward restoration, toward what was never truly lost.

What Others Have Found Here

I felt really safe throughout the entire process. PJ is calm, grounded, and intuitive. He met me where I was and never rushed anything. The retreat helped me reconnect with parts of myself I’d been avoiding, and I left feeling clearer and more resourced.

The mix of somatic work and low-dose journeying made a big difference—especially during the Rosen sessions. I’ve done therapy before, but this retreat helped me understand what my body was trying to tell me. It wasn’t always easy, but it felt manageable with PJ there. I’d definitely recommend it to someone ready to go a little deeper.

The touch work during the retreat helped me drop into places I usually avoid—places where tension and emotion were quietly stuck. PJ’s gentle, intuitive way of working helped me trust the process and stay with it. That tuning in, and being met right there, was deeply healing.
